PDF files and conversion
Pro Convert processes files only to provide the conversion you request. Some formats may run in the browser, while advanced conversions may use secure server-side processing. We do not publish your files or make them visible to other users.
Google sign-in and usage limits
When you sign in, Firebase Authentication may store your user identifier, email address, display name, and sign-in provider. Firestore may store daily usage counts and paid credit balances so Pro Convert can apply free limits and credits to your account.
Payments and credits
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Pro Convert receives checkout and order information needed to add credits to your account, but payment card details are handled by the payment provider.
Cookies, ads, and analytics
Pro Convert may use cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, security, analytics, advertising, and remembering preferences such as language or theme. Third-party services, including Google, may process data according to their own policies.

You can avoid signing in if you do not want an account-based allowance. You can also contact us to ask privacy questions or request help with account-related information.
